JJ Casas of JC Photography and MotionScope Studies will be doing a 2-part photography workshop series in collaboration with Kalayaan School for Equity.

The first part is covering the foundations of photography (including composition, lighting basics) and I'll move on to more in-depth topics in that workshop for the advanced photographers. The second part of this series is covering the marketing aspects--tips and business advice I've followed to get myself out there more.

Part Two:
Marketing (July 2, 2010, 7-9:00pm)
- Pro bono vs. bartering
- The "How to's" on how to get out there
- Understanding "value" in photography
